1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "f9399", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the f9399 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities providing online gaming services.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to f9399.cam and all associated mobile applications, software, and services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the f9399 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by f9399, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other entertainment products.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited by Users into their f9399 Accounts, including both real money deposits and bonus credits where applicable.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification procedures required to comply with international anti-money laundering regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account with f9399, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and f9399. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and Services.

f9399 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use f9399 Services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (the legal gambling age in Indonesia).
• Be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document (KTP or passport).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3.2 Account Registration

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your identification document
• Valid email address
• Active Indonesian mobile phone number
• Date of birth
• Residential address

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts associated with the same User, we reserve the right to suspend all such Accounts, void any transactions, forfeit bonuses, and confiscate winnings.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

f9399 is required by international anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Users. You may be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter:

• Clear copy or photograph of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months)
• Photograph or scan of your bank account statement or e-wallet account details used for deposits/withdrawals
• Additional documentation as deemed necessary by our compliance team

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Security and User Responsibilities

4.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security
• Notify f9399 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of Indonesian law
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, system, or bonus feature
• Colluding with other Users or engaging in coordinated betting patterns
• Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or access the Platform
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or hacking any part of the Platform
• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Abusing customer support staff or other Users

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

f9399 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status (standard or VIP)
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes
• f9399 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges

You warrant that all deposited funds are your own, are not derived from illegal activities, and that you have the legal right to use the payment method. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned (minus processing fees).

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Standard daily withdrawal limit: Rp 50.000.000 (higher limits for VIP members)
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal

f9399 aims to process withdrawals within 3 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Withdrawals over Rp 10.000.000 may require additional security review, which can take up to 24 hours. f9399 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Procedures

To comply with international AML regulations, f9399 requires that:

• You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before requesting withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit where possible
• We reserve the right to investigate suspicious deposit/withdrawal patterns and freeze funds pending investigation
• Accounts involved in suspected money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities

6. Bonuses and Promotions

f9399 offers various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are offered at f9399's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time
• Each User is eligible for one welcome bonus only (based on identity, household, IP address)
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits vary by promotion and will be clearly stated
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds (typically Rp 10.000 per bet unless otherwise stated)
• f9399 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if terms are violated

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, coordinating with other Users, using betting strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to Account closure.

7. Game Rules and Platform Integrity

7.1 Game Outcomes

All games on the f9399 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer feeds to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of obvious technical error. Each game has specific rules available in the game information panel — you are responsible for understanding these rules before playing.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting:

• Odds are subject to change until the bet is placed and confirmed
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified
• Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body
• In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, specific settlement rules apply (detailed in our Sportsbook Rules)
• f9399 reserves the right to void bets placed on matches with obvious errors (e.g., incorrect odds, incorrect participant names)

7.3 Technical Issues

In the rare event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or game error, f9399 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for losses incurred due to technical issues outside our control, including internet connection problems, device malfunctions, or third-party service failures.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, f9399 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions
• Damages caused by User error, misuse of the Platform, or violation of these Terms
• Losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to User's failure to protect login credentials
• Third-party content, links, or services accessible through the Platform
• Delays or failures in deposit/withdrawal processing due to third-party payment provider issues

f9399's total liability to any User, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by f9399

f9399 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Your Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Upon Account suspension or termination, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses and winnings from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you via your verified payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all remaining funds. After Account closure, you will no longer have access to the Platform or your transaction history. Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the f9399 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game designs, and compilation of data, is the property of f9399 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written permission
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms serving the Indonesian market.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or our Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as outlined in our dispute resolution policy.

You acknowledge that gambling may be regulated or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of f9399 Services complies with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and f9399 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.3 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. f9399 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without restriction.
